145,000 Migrant Children Rescued From Biden Era Neglect – RedState

One of the most horrific aspects of the mass illegal immigration that was allowed to fester under President Joe Biden and regardless of who was running the autopen was the number of missing children. Most estimates place the number at 300,000. Until recently, we did not know what happened to these children.

Today we have recovered almost half of it. Border czar Tom “The Hammer” Homan took a moment to observe ICE protesters in Minneapolis on Friday to take note on his official X account.

The message continues:

…relentlessly combing through hundreds of thousands of leads and conducting numerous investigations to locate more than 300,000 unaccompanied alien children that the Biden administration placed in the care of unverified sponsors, lost track of, and weren’t looking forward to. Thanks to their exceptional efforts, they have so far been able to locate over 145,000!

President Trump promised that we would find these children, and under his strong leadership and with his unwavering support, the patriots of these and other partner agencies have been – and will continue to do – just that.

Mr. Homan doesn’t mention what these children might have been doing when they were found, and perhaps that’s for the best.

‘We are not abandoning the president’s mission on immigration control’: Homan puts the issue in play

Here’s the problem: civilized people don’t exploit children; they protect them. Civilized people do not traffic in children taken (or, more horribly, given away) by their parents. The Department of Homeland Security, Border Patrol, and Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) have found only half the expected number of lost children, and with a little luck and a lot of dogged determination, they will find the rest.

Meanwhile, anti-ICE weirdos, shouting and waving signs, oppose this effort. In fact, they support child trafficking. In fact, they support the exploitation of children, for purposes that cannot be resisted.

How did we get to this sad state of affairs? We might note, once again, that millions have entered during the Biden administration’s four years of border non-enforcement. Many children entered, accompanied or not. Only a cursory, if not cursory, effort was made to determine which children belonged to which adults. As with adults, we don’t know where most of these children are or what they are forced to do. But we find out thanks to the efforts of Tom Homan and the men and women who work for him.

Do you need any more reminders about the joke of the Biden presidency? Need another good reason to vote this fall? This is the work of several years. It’s amazing what the administration has accomplished in one year. 145,000 children, now safe from the fate that awaits them. This would not have happened under President Kamala Harris.
