A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of vehicle thefts and attempted thefts across New Castle County.
Police say Gianni Lolly is linked to 13 incidents spanning 10 different neighborhoods.
The investigation leading to his arrest on Oct. 28 followed months of work by county detectives.
Lolly remains in custody on $41,000 bail.
