Two juveniles were shot after an argument between neighbors turned violent in Avondale.
Police responded to the area of the 900 block of Lexiongton Avenue around 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 7 for a report of a shooting.
Cincinnati police Lt. Timothy Lanter says an argument between neighbors escalated into a fight in the front yard.
One round was fired that grazed one juvenile and hit the other in the abdomen.
Both children were taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with what police say are non-life-threatening injuries, though one of the victims requires surgery.

Lanter says the neighbors have a long history of family troubles.
Authorities say they have persons of interest, but no one has been taken into custody.
