Your goal is to find hidden words that match the theme of the puzzle. If you are stuck, find the words you can. Whenever you find three words of four or more letters, the strands reveal one of the theme words. These are the words I used to obtain these clues, but the words of four letters or more that you find will work:

  • Rate, Rare, Mare, Mart, Last, Blast, Cram, Rutts, Rule, Jell, Strut, Sure, Ruse, Butt

Answers for the puzzle of today’s strands

These are the answers that are linked to the theme. The goal of the puzzle is to find them all, including the spangram, a theme word that reaches one side of the puzzle to the other. When you have them all (I originally thought there was always eight but I learned that the number can vary), each letter in the table will be used. Here are the nonspangram answers:
