The stories of people establishing emotional links with AI appear more often, but Anthropic has just dropped certain figures by affirming that it is far from being as common as it may seem. By scraping Claude’s 4.5 million conversations, the company has discovered that only 2.9% of users engage with it for emotional or personal support.

Anthropic wanted to emphasize that if the feeling generally improves compared to the conversation, Claude is not a digital narrowing. It rarely repels security problems, which means that it will not give medical advice and will not tell people not to self -manner.
