Super Bowl 2026: Bad Bunny will perform ‘great’ half-time show, says NFL boss Roger Goodell

“This platform is used to unite people and to be able to bring people together with their creativity, with their talent, and to be able to use this moment to do that. I think artists of the past have done that.
“I think Bad Bunny understands that and I think he’ll put in a great performance.”
The singer, who has been the most streamed artist on Spotify in four of the last six years, said he has avoided the United States on his current world tour due to fears that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents would raid fans at his concerts.
Speaking at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, he defended immigrants and declared “ICE out.”
When asked if there would be any ICE enforcement operations around the San Francisco Bay Area this weekend, Goodell responded: “Security is obviously one of the things we’re most focused on.
“This is a tier one event. It involves unique assets at the federal, state and local levels all working together.
“I don’t see any changes in the preparations for the Super Bowl. We are working with all three levels and doing everything we can to ensure a safe environment.”
