7 Ways to Get the Most Out of Your Galaxy Z Fold 7

I am not the person of our team with access to a Galaxy Z Fold 7, but I am someone who writes each word that I publish from a Galaxy Z Fold 6. This is my device everything, and as the software is largely the same, I am here to offer you advice on how to get the most out of your new Galaxy Z Fold. Welcome to the family.
I owned the two previous generations of Samsung foldables and I intimately know the tools and tips to get the most out of the largest internal screen. Here are the different parameters and features in which you will want to dive.
7
Configure the taskbar
As a new Galaxy Z Fold user, there is no matter that you use a different phone type such as the presence of a full task bar on your internal screen. This device you hold in your hands is a fully capable pc pc.
Outside the box, the taskbar looks like a Windows arrangement, with an application launcher at the bottom left next to a row of favorite icons and recent applications.
You can make changes to the taskbar by opening the Settings application and tapping the “taskbar” in the search area. Here, you can increase the number of recent applications up to four and go to a taskbar that looks more like the reception station in MacOS when defined on automatic milk.
6
Reflect your internal and cover screen (or not)
You have two screens with which to work now, and it comes with the space three times to work in relation to the use of the cover screen alone. You can choose if the interior screen is entirely a different space, with separate applications pinned at the bottom and its own layout of the home screen – or you can opt for the same applications and widgets to appear on the two screens.
There is no good or bad answer here. Personally, I like to reflect my screens.
You can arrive where you should go by looking for a “mirror of the cover screen”. Here you will see a rocking that you can press and deactivate.
5
Master App Multitasking
To master productivity on your Z Fold 7, you will want to know how to juggle several applications at the same time. It’s time to get out of the habit of going back to the home screen each time you want to change applications. Even the shift between recent applications can show you.
Let’s start by drawing the “Multi window” settings. Here, there is the option to open the shared screen view by sliding on the screen side using two fingers. I also like “swipe for pop-up view”, which narrows an application in a floating window with office type buttons. You can then store this window to the side for later simply by dragging it to the side of the screen.
I could spend an entire room to unload the multitasking options at your disposal. In fact, I have already done so.

Good luck with a good lock
To continue, we will have to download an application called Good Lock, which will allow you to configure almost all the adjustments of your Galaxy device. Don’t worry – it’s not a third -party tool that will cause your phone’s plan. The right locking comes directly from Samsung and includes all the parameters of power users that many would find crushing if they were included in the application of regular settings.
Good Lock consists of modules that focus on different aspects of your phone. We are going to add “multistar”.
Two parameters that I allow here include “remove the blue effect on the adjustment of the division view” and “multi focus”. Together, these two allow you to resize applications for Split without their sight becoming vague or without one or the other freezing when they are not the application to the point. I also allow “prevent the minimization of pop-up view” so that my floating windows remain open when I come back to the home screen or switch between applications.
Then press the section entitled “I Heart Galaxy Foldable”.
There are various parameters here, but an essential portrait is “Terter the portrait with our best”. Most Android applications are intended to be seen in the orientation of portraits, but they adapt fairly well to the relatively high landscape view of your foldable when it is forced.

Discover the operation with one hand
We have not yet finished with a good lock. There is another module that increases considerably how much I am able to do in my foldable, and it is a navigation with a hand +.
With this module, you can change what is going on when you slip from the edge of the screen to different angles. For example, on my phone, slipping from the edge always comes back to the previous screen, but the diagonal shift opens the recent view of the applications. I find this method of switching applications even faster than pulling the taskbar.
Likewise, I allow Split View by making a long style from the edge of the screen, which I find less easier than running the scanning on the verge, I showed you how to activate earlier. If I have been sliding for a long time diagonally up, it takes a screenshot, which I can immediately start to catch up with my fold pen. Unfortunately, this last piece is not an option on the fold 7, which is why I am personally not at level, but you can always quickly mark screenshots using your finger instead!

Meet Samsung Dex
My Galaxy Z Fold 6 completely replaced my PC. I don’t have a laptop or a conventional office. I do almost everything about the interior screen of my phone, but when I think something would be better on a larger screen, I turn to Samsung Dex.
If I want the laptop experience, I remove a lapdock that I bought from Uperfect and I use wireless DEX. You can access Dex in this way by sliding down to access the fast state icons and pressing that of Dex.

I type these words on mine.
When I want an office experience, I put my phone on my right phone quay connected to an external monitor. Dex launches automatically when connected to an external screen.

In your camera game
Foldables are not delivered with the best camera hardware that you can find in a smartphone, but I personally think they make the best smartphone cameras.
To start, when you want to take a selfie, you can now use the main 200 MP camera rather than one or the other of your two small selfie cameras. You can activate it by opening the camera application and pressing the icon to activate the converter screen preview. Then you can turn your phone, place your finger on the screen and unlock the device to move the camera controls to your cover display.
Your foldable phone is also its own integrated stand. Simply place your partially unfolded fold to get the angle you need. You can activate the shutter by saying “saying cheese”, holding your palm or using a galaxy watch, deleting your need to ask a stranger to keep your phone.

I really hope you enjoy your Galaxy Z Fold 7. It’s a remarkable device. If, like me, you can go all, it will be more than paying for itself. And if you don’t have one yet, do not leave the price of the sticker of you. If you wait a few months, foldables drop more quickly than you think.
