Pittsburgh – The persistent strain of the persistent veal of Kyle Tucker has the right field field of Chicago Cubs in search of another treatment.

Tucker left on Wednesday morning with a member of the Cubs medical staff to fly to Tampa, Florida, where he will work with the physical therapy group that helped him when he reinstates after an injury to the tibia last year and during the offseason.

The idea was to Tucker, said manager Craig Counsell, because his left calf did not improve and he succeeded last season with the Houston astros working through the fracture of the tibia with the physiotherapist Jeremy Maddox of optimal performance and physiotherapy.

Counsell added that the Cubs are “aligned” with the 28 -year -old to obtain “a new set of eyes” on the situation. Tucker will join the Cubs for their family home that starts on Tuesday.

“It’s the best way for him to make some improvements,” said Counsell. “Unfortunately, we flattered and we did not make progress, and it is frustrating for Kyle and it is the concern to recover it.”

Although his diagnosis of injury remains the same, this is an unusual step and thereafter a worrying development to Tucker and the Cubs. Counsell previously expressed his concern on Tuesday because Tucker continues to be symptomatic during the calf test while trying to run.

After the news of Tucker’s departure on Wednesday, Counsell said that the Cubs are still feeling optimistic that the hitter will come back before the end of the season, which is about to extend in October. The magic number for the Cubs to get a cutting edge of the playoffs is a Wednesday match against Pittsburgh Pirates.

Reality, however, is that the calendar works against Tucker. As he joined the Chicago team, he would at most left six regular season games to obtain representatives and shots before the start of the playoffs after missing about three weeks. Tucker has not played since its release from the midst of the match on September 2.

“The days are exhausted, and look, it is important that he plays in regular season matches because we are talking about (going out) three weeks,” said Counsell. “This is why you are a little willing to go to this additional step here to try something. It is important that he is playing next week, and therefore we are doing everything possible to get there.”

This is not the first injury that Saga Tucker treated this year. A right finger stuck on a slide in the second goal of June 1 later was revealed involving a fracture in his right hand on which he played.

This last turn of what could be Tucker’s isolated season with Cubs is part of an unequal year marked by the offensive production of the stars in the first half and second half which finally led the Council to give it a few days off in August to reset.
