As Jeffrey Epstein’s scandal has worsened, the story of President Trump was that everything is a democratic “hoax” and that his signature on this obscene drawing in Epstein’s birthday book is a “counterfeit”. But during a conference hearing on Wednesday, FBI director Kash Patel failed under intense questions from Democrats. Patel did a than filigree than asked if Trump’s name was in Epstein files. He accidentally seemed to reveal that he do Know how many times Trump’s name appears. And he agreed to investigate if Trump’s birthday note at Epstein is forged, which seems badly advised. Patel has seriously undermined Trump’s position. So, how long can Trumpworld keep the cover on this? We spoke to Nicole Hemmer, a historian who wrote excellent books on the law and her media apparatus.
