An accusation of manslaughter against Baldwin was dismissed at the trial last year on allegations that the police and prosecutors have retained proof of the defense.

In addition, the army “rust” Hannah GUTIERREZ-REED was found guilty of manslaughter and completed an 18-month sentence in May. The prosecutors accused GUTIERREZ-REED of having involuntarily brought live ammunition on the set and not to follow the basic protocols of the safety of firearms.

Baldwin pointed a weapon on Hutchins during a rehearsal on a set outside Santa Fe when the revolver left, killing Hutchins and the injuring director Joel Souza.

Addiego testified during the Gutierrez-Reed trial and appeared before the Grand Jury who charged Baldwin.
