Kamala Harris Slams Kimmel Cancelation; Told Twitter to Ban Trump in 2019

Former vice -president Kamala Harris denounced the Trump administration on Thursday for ABC’s decision to cancel Jimmy Kimmel’s program – but she demanded that Twitter prohibits President Donald Trump in 2019.
Thursday, Harris posted on X:
In 2019, as Byron York of Washington examiner Friday, Harris – then in a position of power – demanded that Twitter (now X) censors the President in office of the United States.
As CNN reported at the time:
Harris said Trump had used his account “targeting, harassing and trying to leave the denunciator” whose allegations concerning Trump’s call with the chief of Ukraine prompted Democrats to launch an indictment.

“President Trump also published the following tweet suggesting that violence could be encouraged if the congress issues official dismissal articles against him,” she wrote, highlighting a tweet that Trump sent Sunday who will read: “… If Democrats manage to remove the president of the office (which they will never be). The tweet was a selective quote from a supporter of Fox News.

Twitter announced in June that some tweets of the world leaders who break its rules would not be withdrawn from the platform if the company decided that they were in “public interest”. Twitter said that it would rather be a warning on tweets explaining that, although they have broken the rules of the company, they would not be deleted.
After Kimmel has falsely suggested earlier this week that Charlie Kirk could have been assassinated by a supporter of Trump, the president of the federal communication commissions Brendan Carr warned ABC that he could risk his dissemination permit under the existing regulations requiring that the licenses be used in “the public interest”.
