Adelita Grijalva wins special congressional election to succeed her father in southern Arizona

Voters in southern Arizona chose Adelita Grijalva on Tuesday to succeed her father, the late the United States Raul Grijalva, a progressive democrat who represented the state for more than two decades at the Congress.
