This budget robot vacuum turned out to be smarter than most vacuums I’ve tested

Originally, I wanted to test the 3i G10 + robot vacuum cleaner because I heard about its debris compression function, something I had on the brain after my disappointment with the Romberba 205 Dustcomompactor. The G10 + also compacts dust, saving you from the drain of the trash for a few months And Free yourself from the self-viewed platform. I was curious, but what I not The wait was that the G10 + offered such a high level experience overall, especially for less than $ 500.

The first sign of the brain of the G10 + occurred during its initial mapping race of my apartment. He successfully divided each room, apart from my very open kitchen and living room. The intelligent lidar propulsion cartography was even insightful to label certain bedrooms such as bedrooms and bathrooms, because it recognized beds and toilets.

The G10 + also headed around socks and false pet waste (brown sugar tufts). Although he has identified most of the application phone and laptop chargers of the application, he still led some of them. But even the most advanced robot vacuum cleaners I have never tested have no perfect track with cords. The Romberba 205 Dust accompanist could barely go to the right room without getting lost or stuck in a carpet corner, therefore.

But the most surprising feature that 3i has hidden here must be the camera live. I have never seen one on a robot vacuum which costs less than $ 1,000, not to mention $ 500. It seems ridiculously useless at first, but I know that the parents of animals understand the attraction of being able to check their pets remotely.

I used to manage expectations hard When testing a cheap robot. But in one way or another, the G10 + 18,000 PA of suction power Put it in the highest centile of all robot vacuum cleaners on the market right now – it is literally only 2,000 PA less than my favorite robot vacuum of 2025 so far, Roborock Saros 10R of $ 1,599.99. There are also several suction parameters, and you can hear the motor accelerate and see the void move more slowly and carefully on the carpets. The G10 + also sucked my bath mats without going up at all, and it almost never happens.

During the cleaning of the area, the G10 + automatically cleanses in a grid pattern like the vacuum cleaners of the shark matrix. The only time I really saw debris left on behalf of is when I intentionally overthrew a pile of giant rice on the kitchen floor, and the G10 + released about 90% in two passes.

The G10 + also laughs. The OMI, the singular design of flat cleaning pads does not rub as well as robot mops with rotation pads, especially along the edges. But the G10 + has a small rotation edge of rotation which extends to get closer to the wall (similar to the Roborock Saros 10). He actually detailed the wall where the floor of my bathroom meets the shower quite well.

Until now, the only “complaint” that I could face the 3i G10 + is superficial. The design recalls an ancient robot vacuum from the early 2000s – it is not as elegant as most robot vacuum cleaners are today. But its configuration of debris compression makes its sidewalk attractive unimportant. Because the G10 + does not need a self-video quay, it can be stored under furniture (I put mine under the television stand).

From the reliable technology to avoid small obstacles to a live camera to a badly high suction power for this price range, the 3i G10 + has more things under the cap than any other vacuum of the budget robot that I tested. The simple fact of forming it as a Roomba 205 Dupe would be simply disrespectful.
