Ex-Bears Safety Charles Tillman Quit FBI Over Disagreement with Trump’s Immigration Crackdown

Former Chicago Bears in terms of security Charles “Peanut” Tillman says he left the FBI for disagreement with President Trump’s immigration policies.
On a recent episode of the Podcast of the ESPN Ryan Clark host, The pivotTillman said his initial understanding was that the office would target illegal extraterrestrial criminals and criminals sought for violent crimes.
However, he says that this is not what really happened.
“Some of the things they do, personally, I didn’t agree, [such as] immigration, “said Tillman.” I do not agree with the way the administration has arrived and I tried to have things done against their [beliefs]. . . . It did not go well.
” An example being immigration. Everyone has been said, “You will go after the most dangerous criminals”. But what you see on television and what really was going on, people did not continue that. Tillman, 44, explained that the amount of money he earned in the NFL had given him the flexibility to leave the FBI after eight years. He also pointed out that the directives governing the application of immigration came not from the Chicago field office, but from Washington, DC
“I want to be on the right side of the story when everything is said and done,” he said.
Tillman grew up in an army family and had considered a career in the army. Instead, he promised to serve the public once his NFL career is over.
The old bear played 12 of his 13 years in Chicago. During his long career, he accumulated 38 interceptions, three bags and 930 plated.
