EXCLUSIVE: DOT Sec. Sean Duffy Launches Nationwide Audit Into American Trucking Industry And Illegal Immigration

The Secretary of the Ministry of US Transport (DOT), Sean Duffy, launches a national audit which has the potential to exhibit illegal immigrants suspected of flooding the trucking industry, the daily learned on Friday.

The audit will specifically examine states that issue non -domiciled commercial driver licenses (CDL), according to documents shared with the appellant. Officials will also examine state processes so that unqualified individuals get licenses.

Duffy signed an order intended for the trucking industry on May 20. Under the order, CMV drivers of commercial motor vehicles will be designated as off -service if they do not meet the long -standing requirements of the FMCSA (ELP) skill.

American Truckers United, a plea organization for truckers, previously warned that foreign truck drivers caused fatal accidents. Salomun Weldekeal Araya, a driver based in Dallas with a semi-trailer, was arrested in March and accused of five guilty manaders and two chiefs of intoxication of intoxication after his semi-trailer struck in the back of a JAM and killed several people, reported Fox 7 News.
