Podcaster Brandon Tatum said that so -called “diversity, equity and inclusion” programs (dei) do not help minorities in an appearance on Thursday in “The Charlie Kirk Show”.

President Donald Trump has signed a decree putting Dei programs at the federal government in the hours after taking office on January 20, while the Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced that the Ministry of War would make quotas for promotions in a speech on Tuesday. Tatum, a former police officer, told “The Charlie Kirk Show”, guest guests Andrew Kolvet and Blake Neff that Dei programs have harmed those they claimed to help. “We do not need these programs to try to raise blacks in an artificial way, because what is happening is that you lift blacks who are not prepared, and that makes us all look like,” said Tatum.
