The patience and cooperation manifested by the Nepalese people to face this disaster are laudable, for which I express my sinister gratitude,” she added in a separate article.

The Prime Minister of India, who borders Nepal, proposed to provide additional resources in the midst of deadly floods.

We stand with the people and the government of Nepal in this difficult period,” wrote Prime Minister Narandra Modi on X. “As a friendly and first respondent neighbor, India remains determined to provide any assistance that may be necessary.”
