Denise Richards requests a permanent prohibition prescription against her ex-Mari Aaron Phypers, whom she declared on Tuesday that she had “almost killed” “so many times”.

The former star of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” who has become Onlyfans told the Los Angeles Superior Court that Phypers had caused him “at least three concussion” during their relationship, reports People.

Some of the alleged abuses took place a few days after Richards underwent an abdominoplasty and had her implants replaced, after which she alleged that Phypers “struck me and corner me in the toilet’s packer”, according to US Weekly.

She said that at some point, she was in the toilet when Phypers “smashed my head with the palm of her hand while shouting on me several times: ‘Give me your fucking phone'”.

Richards said that she was “disoriented” after her operation and that she feared that Phypers would “seriously hurt her”, so she submitted her phone.

The tumultuous marriage of seven years – during which Richards said that Phypers “often threatened to throw away [her] “Through the windows and balconies” of hotels – has reached an alleged inflection point on July 4 of this year, when they were officially separated, according to divorce files.

At the time, Richards claimed that Phypers “had become very angry and unstable” and had struck her ear, where she “still had stitches” following a recent facelift.

In mid-July, the actress of “Wild Things” obtained a temporary prohibition prescription against Phypers, following allegations according to which he would often suffocate him, would slap her in the face, would squeeze his head with the two heads and would knock her head against the bathroom carrier.

Phypers, a practitioner of “frequency medicine”, denied the accusations of abuse of Richards, who, according to him, had been made to divert the attention of his alleged infidelity.

His lawyer reminded Richards his attempts to contact Phypers following the prohibition order, even if the latter forbids him to speak to him.

Richards said that she knew that Phypers was “supposed to stay at 300 feet” of her, but admitted to having sent her a message and called her to discuss the arrival of an owner in their former joint residence, reports US.
