The Toronto Blue Jays will look to continue their momentum in Game 4 of the ALCS tonight after getting on the scoreboard in this series against the Seattle Mariners.

My MLB player props and home run analysis for October 16 will highlight two players from this game: Eugenio Suarez and Alejandro Kirk.

Blue Jays home run pick

Alejandro Kirk (+425 on BetMGM)

Alejandro Kirk may not look like a prototypical baseball player, but boy can he hit.

The Mexico native played a major role in Wednesday’s victory, finishing 2-for-4 with a three-run homer. Kirk has gone deep 15 times this season, and he’s already left the field three times in the playoffs.

Kirk has had some fun in the past against Mariners starter Luis Castillo, who takes the ball tonight. He is 4-for-8 with a home run and two RBIs.

Kirk is hot and he could very well leave the stadium once again in Game 4.

Mariners home run pick

Eugenio Suarez (+700 on BetMGM)

Eugenio Suarez hasn’t fared very well in the postseason, hitting just .152 with one home run in 33 at-bats. However, he went deep 49 times during the regular season, and tonight’s game works in his favor.

The Blue Jays send Max Scherzer to the hill and Suarez has two homers against him in 19 at-bats.

The third baseman has thrown 36 bombs to right-handed pitchers in 2025, and he tends to show off his power even more at home, clubbing 30 round-trippers.

Suarez is still a power threat, and Scherzer has had HR issues this year, allowing 19 out of 17 appearances.
