Apple Rumored to Launch 3 New iPhone Designs in Next 3 Years
Apple’s leaks and rumors are some of the best, and the latest one is pretty juicy. If true, the company will introduce three new iPhone models in three consecutive years starting in 2026: a foldable iPhone, a bezel-less iPhone, and a clamshell-style flip phone. This is not the first report on a foldable iPhonebut little is known about the reported clamshell and bezel-less designs. The leak was published by Yeux1122 on Korean blogging platform Naver and is believed to be based on an industry report by a parts research company.
An Apple representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Foldable phone
These are still unconfirmed rumors, but as with everything related to the popular iPhone, they are generating interest. If they’re correct, the first foldable iPhone will arrive in 2026 and fold side to side like a book. He will have a 7.8-inch wrinkle-free displaydual rear cameras and Touch ID. A rumor said Face ID may be integrated into the screen. The phone is also rumored to sell for almost $2,000.
Apple is still the only major phone maker yet to offer a foldable phone.
Frameless phone
Leaker Yeux1122 also said that Apple will launch a bezel-less iPhone in 2027, which marks the 20th anniversary of the first iPhone. A bezel is the frame that surrounds the iPhone screen and provides structural support so the screen doesn’t shatter when you drop the phone. Shaped like a “flat candy bar,” the bezel-less iPhone will have an OLED display that “bends” around all four edges of the phone. It will also have Face ID, according to the leak.
Bezel-less has been an idea for over a decade. Apple reportedly exploring iPhone 6 design in 2014. Samsung Display, which makes most iPhone screens, reportedly started work on it in 2023.

According to Yeux1122, Apple could crown the wave of new designs with a clamshell model in 2028. Unlike the foldable model, the clamshell iPhone would fold vertically like a case. One of the two screens would be more utilitarian, with AI shortcuts and a notification window.
The flip would be a more elegant model, aimed at the “women’s” and “fashion” markets.
