Portland Police Deliver a Very Unhappy Night to the Anti-ICE Crew

Team Trump has turned its attention to the problem of anti-ICE actions in Portland outside of ICE facilities, and there has been a court battle over the issue of deploying the National Guard to help.
The Portland Police Bureau has been criticized for its failure to solve many problems in the area. We explained how anti-ICE agitators “shined spotlights” in the eyes of federal agents, then ran behind the PPB to hide, and how federal agents discussed it with them.

Trump’s pressure and attention may have finally helped get action from the PPB, as they ultimately attacked the anti-ICE encampment located near ICE facilities. Frontlines also said one of the agents mentioned the incident involving journalist Brandi Kruse, in which Kruse claims she was punched by one of the anti-ICE officers.
Police burst into one of their supply tents and told them they couldn’t block the sidewalk. You can see that there is a fire there and hear the conservatives who were also numerous in the area responding “USA, USA” in thanks for the police intervention.

Police said they would now enforce jaywalking and other ordinances, as Nick Sortor and Frontlines reported. If people blocked traffic, it would be considered an offense of disturbing the peace. This change did not please the anti-ICE crew at all. Watch them melt.

You can see the mess they have all over the sidewalk, and one of them is begging the police to help her move the stuff so she can leave.

Post Millennial’s Katie Daviscourt noted that the PPB arrested someone from the black bloc.

We will notice that they are still there to protest, despite the restrictions. But now they could face actions they didn’t face before from police. We will keep an eye on how the PPB enforces what they said.
However, this feels like a big move in a positive direction.
Editor’s note: Schumer’s closure is here. Rather than putting the American people first, Chuck Schumer and radical Democrats forced a government shutdown on health care for illegal immigrants. They own that.
