ROOKE: GOP Might Be Carrying Dead Weight Into Midterm Battle

President Donald Trump seems to reverse the course on a major question that could bring down the Republicans.
The Americans returned Trump to the White House with a clear mandate on what was to be accomplished during his second term: to end the illegal immigration crisis and create an economy that brings the dying American dream. Both go hand in hand. Illegal immigration creates not only a massive risk of national security in our country, but it also lowers wages and increases the cost of living for American and low -income Americans.
Thus, when Trump announced during a signing ceremony of the invoices on June 12 that after having spoken with farmers and managers of the hotel industry, there would be a decree concerning the expulsion of the long -standing illegal immigrant and hotel workers, this caused a major reaction to his Maga database.
Trump said that his “very aggressive immigration policy” negatively affected these industries, which argued that some meant that it injured family farms. However, as Meriwether farms can attest to it, the reproduction of illegal immigration actually helps small farms, because it is not these family operations that flout immigration laws to access cheap labor. Corporate agriculture is the largest beneficiary of the use of the workforce of illegal immigrants, as it can pay these people less than that it pays American workers.
I just wanted to reiterate – We only engage in American citizens in our farm and in our meat packaging plant.
All our full -time employees have health care. We can do so by being integrated vertically and diversified.
Most small operations like ours count on family members, hire residents or, …

The side effect of the work of illegal immigrants is twofold: Americans who would otherwise be paid for an appropriate salary for their work are assessed in favor of the cheaper option. In addition, housing and life costs for all Americans increase because more people live in the United States to occupy these jobs that otherwise reside in their country of origin. After the intense reaction of the voters, Trump and his administration seemed to reverse the course. Trump’s TSAR border, Tom Homan quickly said that immigration and customs’ application (ICE) would not only continue to plunder these farms and hotels looking for illegal immigrants, but would double their efforts to apply the immigration law.

Again, it seemed that Americans could still express their concerns and listen to the Trump administration. However, in a Sunday interview on Fox News, Trump hesitated, saying that illegal immigrants working in hotels and farms could possibly receive a special exemption to stay in the United States despite immigration laws. The host of Sunday Morning Futures, Maria Bartiromo, said that Trump was flouting a “temporary pass” for illegal immigrants.
“Great news on the border of my interview @Realdonaldtrump Works on a “temporary pass” for workers in farms and in hotels where they pay taxes, but it belongs to the farmer for a temporary pass even if they came to the country “incorrectly”, she said on X.
Trump told Bartiromo that he was “the strongest immigration guy” and that in his new “temporary pass” regime, illegal immigrants will pay taxes on their income and will control farmers.

However, the comments section in Bartiromo’s position begged to postpone.
“Why does he not charge farmers for breaking the law voluntarily?” And the farmers who are currently obeying the law are being made freely? ” asked @ amya1a.
“So a work visa?” Does it already exist? ” said @Karlykingsley.
“It’s a huge disappointment. I understand that hotels and farms are in trouble. But that does not mean that we can choose and choose who is going and who remains now. One solution is to: expel all the illegals, so hotels and farms are starting to pay more for workers – they show up if you stop paying slave wings, “said @evaoust. “Thank you for your attention to this case! We have voted for nothing less.”
“You mean a work visa? It seems vaguely familiar …”, said the former tennis star Martina Navratilova.
“As a conservative for life, I am fully against that. There are work visa programs available for agricultural workers. Why should we give them a pass? Why don’t farmers not invest in automation? There are a lot of automated pickers and harvesters. Farmers do not need illegal work, ” @Fezzaririder said.

These are just a handful of disapproving comments on Trump’s new plan. The Americans voted for mass deportations. It was part of the solution given to our quest for several decades to end the illegal immigration crisis. In addition, there are two visa programs already available in hotels and the agricultural industry that allow the work of immigrants. (Rooke: GOP gave a perfect opportunity to take control of the powerful elites)
Immigrants can request H-2A and H-2B visas which will allow them to work temporarily in agricultural work and non-agricultural in the United States, there is absolutely no reason why Trump authorizes these industries a special pass to pay illegal immigrants lower than wages.
If the Republicans want to keep control of the two chambers of the congress, they must obtain a high participation rate. Traditionally, mid-term results are already unfavorable for the ruling party, and they are still aggravated because electoral participation is generally lower, because the presidential election is not on the ballot. If you take these two realities and add the buckling on one of the most important questions of the voters, the Republicans are probably considering a terrible mid-term result.
Why would the Americans vote for a party that does not listen to them? The Republicans do not have to worry about them to change teams to support the Democrats, but the final result will be the same. Democrats receive one step ahead in this mid-term battle because the Republicans play to break their promise.
