Team Trump Finds New Front to Attack Biden: Reviewing His Pardons
The Justice Department has begun reviewing all pardons granted to former President Biden, with the goal of delegitimizing everything he did as president and making Donald Trump’s previously pardoned political enemies more vulnerable.

The Justice Department’s move comes as Comer and Republicans on the House Oversight Committee released a 93 page report earlier today, alleging without evidence that there had been a “cover-up of [Biden’s] cognitive decline” and that his assistants were making decisions for him. Using automatic opening is banal among modern presidents, and Trump himself has admitted to using one.
This baseless and unnecessary accusation against a former president comes on the 28th day of the government shutdown.
