Bobblehead Museum taking orders for Zohran Mamdani doll

The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum is taking pre-orders for what it believes to be the first-ever Zohran Mamdani bobblehead doll.
The figures cost $30 and are expected to ship in February
“At age 34, Mamdani will be New York’s youngest mayor in a century and become New York’s first Muslim and Asian American mayor,” an order page for the 8-inch figures states.
The Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has a collection of more than 10,000 bobbleheads. Its owners, Brad Novak and Phil Sklar, began collecting fantasy dolls in 2004 and opened their museum in 2019. It houses a store that makes and customizes figurines.
Figures available for order include replicas of Senators Bernie Sanders and Ted Cruz, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, disgraced former U.S. Representative George Santos and numerous miniatures of President Trump.
Sklar told the Daily News he didn’t know how his latest creation would sell nationally.
“It will be interesting to see how sales of Zohran figurines break down between New York and the rest of the country. He has quickly gone from being a relatively unknown local politician to one that people across the country are beginning to know,” Sklar said by email.
Zamdani handily defeated independent candidate Andrew Cuomo and Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa in Tuesday’s race, which drew national attention.
“Zohran has clearly captivated many New Yorkers with his message, as the election results show, and I believe we will receive orders from across the country for this figure given the level of attention and excitement he has been able to generate across the country,” he said.
Sklar’s store also sells a Cuomo figurine, which is sold out, according to the company’s website. Sliwa is not part of the offers.
