Trump Wins Massive Payout From CBS Over Kamala Interview Scandal, Details of Settlement Humiliate Network – RedState
Paramount Global and CBS News settled a trial brought by President Trump, who allegedly alleged that the network had deceptive an interview with former vice-president Kamala Harris to make her appear more polished as a candidate.
The trial of Trump, filed last October, said that the actions of the network were equivalent to electoral interference. He rejected an offer in May to pay the case for $ 15 million. And it is a good thing that he did.

The initial payment of $ 16 million, according to Fox News, “will cover the legal costs, the costs of the case and the contributions to its future presidential library or to charitable causes, to be determined at the discretion of Trump”.

“CBS and Paramount Global made the strength of this historical case and had no choice but to settle down. President Trump will always ensure that no one is getting away with the Lies to the American people when he continues in his unique mission to make America again large.”
Paramount, meanwhile, tried to save the face by issuing his own declaration.
“The regulations do not include a declaration of apology or regrets,” they said, looking for a silver lining, while noting that none of the money must be paid directly to the president.
