President Donald Trump gave a new nickname to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., and accused her of betraying “the entire Republican Party” as the feud between the two escalates.
“Lightweight Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Brown (Green grass turns brown when it starts to ROTTEN!), betrayed the entire Republican Party when she turned left, performed poorly on the pathetic View, and became the RINO we all know she always was. Just another fake politician, no different than Rand Paul Jr. (Thomas Massie), who got caught being a full Republican (RINO)! RETURN AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Saturday.
“Marjorie Taylor Brown” is the second nickname Trump has given the congresswoman in the past 24 hours. The initial nickname he gave her was “Wacky Marjorie”.
After his first post Saturday morning, the president posted again and gave his former ally another nickname, calling her “Marjorie ‘Traitor’ Greene.”

“Marjorie ‘Traitor’ Green [sic] is a disgrace to our GREAT REPUBLICAN PARTY!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
On Saturday, Greene posted a message on X thanking those who reached out to him amid his feud with the president.
“I never thought that fighting for the release of the Epstein files, standing up for female rape victims, and fighting to expose the network of rich and powerful elites would have caused this, but here we are. And it truly speaks for itself,” Greene wrote.
“The toxic political-industrial complex thrives on tearing us all apart, but never does anything good for the American people, whom I love,” she added. “I believe in the American people more than any leader or political party and the American people deserve so much better than the way they have been treated by both sides of the aisle.”
She then responded with her personal account and added screenshots of her “Liberty Score” — a rating system used by Conservative Review — and that of Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., showing that she received an “A” while the senator received an “F.” She also included a graphic from AIPAC Tracker showing that the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) had made no donations to her.
“It is because of this and the Epstein files that I am being attacked by President Trump. It really makes you wonder what is in these files and who and what country is putting so much pressure on him? I forgive him and will pray that he returns to his original MAGA promises,” she wrote.

Trump announced Friday that he was withdrawing his support and endorsement of Greene, calling her a “ranting lunatic.” He also accused her of “complaining” instead of celebrating what he described as her administration’s “record-breaking accomplishments.” The president, in a lengthy article on Truth Social, then promised “full and unwavering support” for “the right person” should anyone challenge Greene in 2026.
The president claimed Greene was complaining to others that he wasn’t answering his calls. He said that “with 219 members of Congress, 53 U.S. senators, 24 cabinet members, nearly 200 countries and an otherwise normal life to lead, I cannot answer the call of a madman ranting every day.”
After Friday’s post, Greene said that “President Trump just attacked me and lied about me. I didn’t call him at all, but I sent these text messages today. Apparently that’s what tipped him over the edge. The Epstein files.”
In the post on X, Greene included a screenshot of a message she claimed to have sent to Trump. The message said: “Check the flight logs of Epstein’s plane. Bill Clinton is there about 26 times! So is Hillary! For many of us, the release of Epstein’s files was always for the women who were victims of Jeffery Epstein, but also because we believed that evil Democrats like the Clintons were mixed up and involved with him. Epstein was the spider that spun the web of the deep state. Lean into it.”
The congresswoman accused Trump of “attacking me to make an example and scare all the other Republicans before the next few weeks.” [sic] vote for the publication of the Epstein files. She noted that it was “astonishing” that Trump was “fighting” to keep the files from being made public.
THE REVOLT OF MARJORIE TAYLOR GREENE, NOW THE MOST CRITICAL OF DONALD TRUMP
Greene said where her loyalties will always lie, writing: “I supported President Trump with too much of my precious time, too much of my own money, and I fought harder for him even when almost every other Republican turned their back on him and denounced him.”
“But I do not worship or serve Donald Trump. I worship God, Jesus is my Savior, and I serve my GA14 district and the American people,” she wrote.

Greene has been a staunch supporter of Trump since entering Congress in 2021. However, she has become a vocal critic of the president, particularly regarding US-Israel relations and the Epstein files.
On Nov. 4, Greene joined the co-hosts of “The View,” known to be critical of Trump, and discussed a wide range of topics. When co-host Sunny Hostin pointed out that it appeared Greene had moved to the left — something Trump later echoed — Greene pushed back, insisting that “there are lies coming from both sides.”
