Trump Officials Want to Prosecute Over the ICEBlock App. Lawyers Say That’s Unconstitutional

According to the Apple list for Iceblock, the application does not store any data on its users. Since it does not collect user data, Aaron does not know how many people have used the application in Los Angeles, for example, or even when past observations have been published. Individual users cannot see what has been reported within a 5 miles radius and observations automatically delegate after four hours.
The application is currently only available on iPhones. On the basis of its interactions passed with Apple during the Iceblock approval process, Aaron is convinced that he will remain available in the App Store. “They have already examined it,” he said. “This is why they approved it.” Apple did not respond to requests for comments.
Aaron says that Iceblock will never have advertisements or button asking for donations.
