Sir Keir Starmer could be ousted as PM within months, two senior Labour MPs tell Sky News | Politics News

Two senior labor deputies suggested that the Prime Minister may have to go there in a few months if the government continues to poorly perform.
Sky News deputy political editor Sam Coates said his sources – a member of the government and an eminent politician – “put Sir Keir Starmer in opinion”.
Both warned that, if the work behaves badly during the May elections through Wales, Scotland and London, this could mark the end of its time at Downing Street.
Coates added: “The level of misfortune and despair in certain parts of the Labor Party is so striking that at the moment, the first birthday, I hear from the government ministers that Starmer could have to leave in months.”
Reform UK increases in the polls in Wales, while the Labor Party faces a threat of left parties such as The Greens in London.
This comes then that the Prime Minister clearly indicated that Rachel Reeves has his “full support” as Chancellor and remains full of his project, the political editor of Sky News Beth Rigby understand.
She looked visibly upset during the Prime Minister’s questions, a spokesman saying that she had been affected by a “personal affair”.
Once earlier, Sir Keir’s controversial well-being bill was adopted despite a significant rebellion of Labor deputies, the main turning in U which means that a new black hole of 5 billion pounds sterling appeared in the country’s finances.
A high -level figure told Rigby that the couple was as “as politically” as any chancellor and Prime Minister never.
“She’s not going absolutely nowhere,” they added.
The tears of Ms. Reeves have sent spiral markets, the value of the book and long -term state obligations falling heavily.
Later in the day, Sir Keir, said that Ms. Reeves would be Chancellor for “a very long time to come”.
The Prime Minister said that it was “absolutely false” to suggest his appearance in tears in the municipalities linked to the treatment of well-being.
“It has nothing to do with politics, nothing to do with what happened this week. It was a personal affair for it,” he said when he speaks to the political thought of the BBC podcast with Nick Robinson.
“I will not interfere on his private life by talking to you. It is a personal affair.”

When he was asked if she would stay in office, he said: “She will be a chancellor when it is broadcast, she will be the chancellor for a very long time, because this project we are working on to change the Labor party, to win the elections, to change the country, it is a project on which the Chancellor and I work together.”
