Marjorie Taylor Greene to Introduce Bill Prohibiting ‘Weather Modification’

The representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) revealed that she presented a bill to prohibit the use of the “modification of meteorological” or geoengineering to change the weather conditions, the temperature or the intensity of the sun.
In a job On X, Greene explained that she had “sought the modification of bad weather” and that she had been working with the Legislative Council for several months concerning the bill. Greene continued to express that no person, business or government should be able to “modify our weather by all possible means”.
“I present a bill which prohibits the injection, release or dispersion of chemicals or substances in the atmosphere with the expression of modifying weather conditions, temperature, climate or the intensity of the sun,” wrote Greene. “It will be a criminal offense.”
Greene added: “I did research on the modification of bad weather and I have been working with the legislative council for months to write this bill. It will be similar to the Bill of the Senate of Florida 56. We must end the dangerous and fatal practice of the modification of the weather and geoengineering.”
Geo-engineering is described as referring to “large or planetary interventions in the earth’s atmosphere, oceans and soils in order to thwart only some of the effects of climate change”, according to the Center for International Environmental Law. The methods of geo-engineering “will reflect sunlight to the elimination of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere”.
“It’s not normal,” continued Greene. “I want clean air, a clean sky, clean rain, clean groundwater and a sun, just as God has created it !! No person, company, entity or government should never be authorized to modify our time by all possible means !! ”
Breitbart News previously reported that the Governor of Florida, Ron Desantis (R), had spoken of the Bill of the Senate of Florida 56 (SB 56) before signing him, declaring that he “protects the Floridians against the activities of geo-engineering and meteorological modification”.
Under the National Weather Modification Policy Act of 1976, the Secretary of Commerce is oriented “to conduct a complete study of the state of scientific knowledge concerning the modification of bad weather and the technology of meteorological modification”.
A Rasmussen survey reports reports between May 14 and 15, 2025 and May 18, 2025, out of 1,012 voters likely from the United States have found that 44% of probable voters in the United States think that it is “likely, government agencies have secretly released chemicals in the atmosphere” as part of the meteorological modification or geoengineering.
Twenty percent said it was “very likely” that the changes in bad weather and geoengineering activities occur, while 39% said they did not believe that the changes in bad weather is likely.
