Advocates raise alarms after Wisconsin judge Hannah Dugan found guilty of obstruction

Defenders of a Wisconsin judge convicted of obstruction for helping a Mexican immigrant evade federal agents raised alarms Friday over judicial independence and said they hope the conviction will be overturned on appeal.
