A Week of RedState Bombshells

Welcome to RedState’s weekly briefing – where we quickly take a look at the most viewed stories of the week in case you missed one. What do you think caught people’s attention during this last hectic week? Grab a cup of coffee (or something stronger if you like) and sit down with this 21st century weekend edition of your favorite (online) publication.
#1 – ‘We’re not disputing it’: Georgia’s 315,000-vote bomb blows a big hole in the 2020 ‘safest election’ lie — by Rusty Weiss
315,000 uncertified votes seems like a significant problem. For years after the 2020 election, we were told that any questioning of the results of “the most secure election in history” amounted to a clear and present threat to democracy itself.
One man, in particular, nearly went to jail for questioning the integrity of the election that saw Joe Biden, the least dynamic political candidate ever fielded in the White House, produce an estimated 81,000,000 votes.
As David Strom writes on Hot Air: “I remember when President Trump was being sued for making statements about the voting process in Georgia, and the whole ‘election denial’ narrative with which Democrats smeared Trump was based on his ‘lies’ which turned out, unsurprisingly, to be true.
Brumbaugh’s throwaway admission apparently reveals serious flaws in the narrative that the 2020 election was secure.

#2 – Clever Willy Clinton goes after Trump over the release of Epstein files and offers a pathetic defense – by Bob Hoge
Then came the story of the photos in the document dump, many of which were salacious and featured photos of famous people and politicians — including many shots of former President Bill Clinton. He has been seen with strangers in a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, as well as at dinners and other occasions. The story has gone viral, and Slick Willy is visibly feeling the pressure because he released a sarcastic statement Friday absolving himself of responsibility and blaming…Trump.
According to the Daily Mail:
“The White House did not hide these files for months and then throw them out late on a Friday to protect Bill Clinton,” the spokesperson said.
“It’s about protecting yourself from what comes next or what they will try to hide forever.”
This statement is too easy to ridicule for two reasons: first, the Biden White House, a Democratic regime, held the files for four years and made bupkis to free them. Second, they released them on Friday because they required to do so by December 19 due to an act of Congress, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which was signed into law by President Trump on November 19.

#3 – Hoo Boy: Fani Willis has an epic meltdown when questioned by the Senate America committee about the Trump affair – by Nick Arama
Willis said she did not review the invoices Wade submitted, but “allowed him to bill for 160 hours per week.” She claimed he would be the first person in the office every day and would correct the behavior of others in the workplace. Why would he need it?
Then she completely lost her mind. “Why don’t you investigate how many times they called me the n-word?” she declaimed. She then claimed that she had not reviewed the invoices and had difficulty giving a clear answer as to who reviewed them.
She would later correct this answer from about 160 hours a week to 160 hours a month, but this shows how the interrogation was destabilizing her. According to reports, Wade received $700,000 for the case during his tenure.

#4 – Government Makes Stunning Admission Regarding Responsibility for Fatal Black Hawk-Jet Mid-Air Collision That Killed 67 People – by Teri Christoph
Although the NTSB has not yet revealed its final conclusion on who was guilty, it is clear that the US government believes there is sufficient evidence that the Army crew failed in their duty of care during their flight. Rachel Crafton’s legal team welcomed the admission.
“In a lengthy and very carefully crafted legal brief, the United States acknowledges the military’s responsibility for the needless loss of life in the crash of an Army helicopter and American Airlines Flight 5342 at Reagan National Airport, as well as the FAA’s failure to comply with air traffic control procedures,” Robert A. Clifford, Crafton’s attorney, said in a statement to The Hill.
The final NTSB report is expected in early 2026.

#5 – Big news: a conservative rock star will step in to take over the Charlie Kirk radio slot — by Teri Christoph
Jennings, who gained a huge following with his hilarious and brutal takedowns of leftists on CNN, joined the Salem Media Radio Network earlier this year with a daily hour-long show. He paid tribute to the legacy left by Charlie Kirk and thanked the Turning Point USA team for leading the radio show in the difficult days following Kirk’s assassination.
“First of all, to my friend Andrew Kolvet and the team at Turning Point USA, thank you for your stewardship of Charlie’s radio legacy over these past few months. It has been nothing short of brilliant,” said Scott Jennings. “These are some of the most important hours in talk radio, shaped by voices who not only filled time, but moved the national conversation. I am grateful to Salem for the trust they have placed in me to step into this legacy. Expanding the show gives us the space and time to bring serious analysis, honest debate, and thoughtful conversations to audiences. Looking forward to more great guests and more common sense for the American people! “
