Internationally Known Alleged MS-13 Assassin ‘Fantasma’ Arrested in… Nebraska – RedState

Nothing quite says “Biden border crisis” like a *suspected* member of an MS-13 assassin team — which is internationally known as “Fantasma,” no less — arrested by ICE and its law enforcement partners… in Nebraska.

Honduran national Gerson Emir Cuadra Soto, wanted for a brutal quadruple homicide in his home country, is a convicted killer who escaped from prison and illegally crossed the southern border at the height of former President Joe Biden’s intentional and disastrous open border policy, which saw millions of illegal aliens enter our country, mostly unchecked.

After evading capture on both sides of the border, Soto was eventually found by a multi-agency investigation, leading to his arrest in Grand Island, Nebraska.

The FBI confirmed the arrest of Soto, who is not only accused in Honduras of at least four homicides; he was also identified as participating in a crime against the son of former Honduran President Lobo Sosa.

According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Soto crossed the US border illegally in 2022 and after Obtained a California driver’s license. DHS said he had previously bribed his way out of a Honduran prison and was wanted by authorities at the time.

Thanks to Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and our law enforcement partners, this criminal was arrested in Grand Island, Nebraska on December 8, 2025.

On January 20, President Donald Trump signed the Executive Order Designating Cartels and Other Organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations and Specially Designated Global Terrorists, which designates MS-13 as a terrorist organization.

Under the leadership of Deputy Secretary Noem, DHS law enforcement is targeting the worst of the worst illegal alien criminals and terrorists, arresting and deporting them from the United States.

Meanwhile, several U.S. agencies are continuing their efforts to clean up Biden’s still-dangerous mess.

Trump gave the order to expand the fight against border crime after more than 300,000 Salvadorans entered the United States illegally under Biden’s leadership, as reported by The Center Square. Under Trump, MS-13 members are being prosecuted across the country for murder, fentanyl trafficking and violent crimes.

Yeah, Joe did that – and Donald keeps fixing it. Wait; make that “Joe’s puppeteers did that” – no doubt with the famous auto-open included. Meanwhile, thanks to President Trump, the hunt for the “worst of the worst” illegal aliens continues.
