Former Chicago Bears player Khalil Herbert lists Buffalo Grove home

Former Chicago Bears running back Khalil Herbert has put his four-bedroom, 2,461-square-foot Buffalo Grove town on the market for $630,000.
Herbert, 27, was drafted by the Bears in 2021 and became a starting running back in 2023. The Bears traded him in 2024 to the Cincinnati Bengals, and he now plays for the New York Jets.
In Buffalo Grove, Herbert paid nearly $610,000 in 2022 to buy the townhouse from its builder, M/I Homes. Located in the Links Crossing development, the townhome features three full bathrooms, a first floor den/office, four second floor bedrooms plus a loft and unfinished basement.
Herbert first listed the townhouse in August.
Listing agent Jeff Ohm did not respond to a request for comment.
The townhouse had a property tax bill of $15,637 for tax year 2024. It also has homeowners association dues of $235 per month.
