Trump Gets Another Award Designed Just for Him

Justice officials were initially concerned that Homan would not be able to obtain a security clearance, but when he did, federal prosecutors planned to monitor him during his tenure as border czar to see if he continued his corrupt moves. But the investigation was ultimately abandoned by Kash Patel’s FBI, even as internal Justice Department documents pointed to evidence of the bribe from Homan’s CAVA bag.

This wouldn’t have happened if 1) Homan wasn’t so easily bribed and 2) Trump had actually given the FBI a list of appointees to vet after his election victory in November, as almost all presidents do. Trump only agreed to send this list on December 3, and when he did, it was incomplete. Today, the White House was forced to fully defend Homan while ignoring the fact that the federal government was actively investigating him for corruption.

“This was an overtly political investigation that found no evidence of illegal activity, and is yet another example of how the Biden Justice Department was using its resources to target President Trump’s allies rather than investigating real criminals and the millions of illegal aliens who have flooded our country,” White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson said in a statement. “Tom Homan is a career law enforcement officer and longtime public servant who does phenomenal work on behalf of President Trump and the country.”
