Last chance to save 50 percent on our favorite password manager
If cleaning up your digital life is on your list of New Year’s resolutions, we have good news: 1Password is offering half of its subscription plans (the Individual and Family plans). This brings the price of the Individual plan to $24 for one year and that of the Family plan to $36 for one year.
The packages are almost identical, but the Families package accommodates five additional people. These discounts are only available to new customers and prices expire after a year, so set a reminder to cancel or re-evaluate. And you’ll have to act fast, because Offer expires today, Tuesday, December 30.

This provider tops our list of best password managers, and for good reason. We liked the intuitive interface and the fact that it’s available on most platforms, so you’re never left out. These include Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, macOS, iOS, Windows, Android and more.
Subscriptions include industry-standard encryption and a “secret key” that only you know in addition to a master password. There is also two-factor authentication and the platform issues alerts when credentials have potentially been compromised.
1Password recently raised its prices across the board, but this still seems to be the best deal for our favorite password manager in the new year. The only downside here is one that comes with many password managers: there is no free version.
