Well, I was you know, a young actress, and I had an official meeting at the Miramax office earlier during the day.
And then, at the end of the meeting, which I thought very well, he invited me to come to projections. He said: “Welcome to the Miramax family. You know, come to the first, projections, and this. In fact, there is one this afternoon. Would you like to come?”
And I said, “Of course.”
And I ended up going to see a film with him. It ended up being a film, not a screening, but the film “Red Rock West”. And, you know, it’s true when I had this kind of feeling of sinking that something was not happening.
And then, after the film, we walked for a few houses. And he said he had to go to his apartment to get something, and did I just come with him very quickly? And in a way I said no, and we went back and forth on this for a minute. It was in a way a negotiation with him still, trying to hold my ground, but then be convinced that it was ok.
I entered his apartment. Once there, we spoke for a long time of art and films. And I felt like I was treating myself as an intellect.
And I had the impression that the meeting was going very well, and somehow continued. I didn’t feel dangerous once I was in there. And, at one point, he got up to go to the toilet. And he came back to a dress and asked me to make him a massage.
And I was extremely uncomfortable. And I was like, oh, God, no, I am not comfortable with that. And we went back and forth on this.
And then he returned to the bathroom and returned this time completely naked. And, you know, it has also changed it entirely for me. He just took her to the next place. It was completely disorienting. And I was afraid, you know? I was really afraid.
