Paramount+ streaming deal: Save $30 by signing up before price hike

Paramount+ rings in 2026 with a good old price hike. On January 15, the prices of the Essential monthly plan (with ads) and the Premium monthly plan (without ads) will increase by one dollar. Annual plans, on the other hand, will see an increase of $30 and $20 respectively. My advice is to put an annual plan in place now before price increases occur.
The annual Paramount+ Essential plan costs just $59.99, which works out to an extremely low $4.99 per month. Once the price hike hits on January 15, this price will increase to $89.99. Compared to the monthly plan, the current Essential annual subscription saves users $35.98 per year, an impressive 38% (the largest annual savings of any streamer). The price of the new plan will only save subscribers $17.89 per year, less than half of the savings with the current plan. If you’re looking to save money on streaming this year, I highly recommend signing up for the Essential Annual Plan as soon as possible.
The Premium annual plan won’t see as big a price hike, but it’s still worth it to secure a year of streaming before January 15th. Currently, a Premium annual plan costs $119.99 per year, but it will increase to $139.99 next week. Subscribers to the current annual plan will ultimately save $35.89 per year compared to the monthly plan. The new plan price will only save subscribers $27.89.
