Democratic Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) livestream had to be removed from YouTube on Wednesday due to technical issues.

Walz gave a speech to his constituents in which he accused President Donald Trump and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem of waging an “occupation” and seeking violence. The stream was removed from YouTube because the audio was barely audible and echoes could be heard of Walz’s voice.

Walz accused ICE agents of spreading terror among Minnesota’s racial minorities, kidnapping people and “dragging pregnant women.” He called on Minnesotans to film ICE agents as they conduct their operations, although Noem previously warned that filming the agents put their safety at risk. “If you see these ICE agents in your neighborhood, pull out that phone and record. Help us create a database of atrocities committed against Minnesotans, not only to build a record for posterity, but also to store evidence for future prosecutions,” Walz said.

The Trump administration has sent about 1,000 additional agents to Minnesota to allow agents to conduct their operations safely. Protests have erupted across the state in response to the death of Renee Good, who was shot and killed by an ICE agent after hitting him with her vehicle and causing internal bleeding.

State and city officials in Minnesota and Illinois filed federal lawsuits against the administration, arguing that the deployment of immigration agents to the Minneapolis and Chicago areas violated the U.S. Constitution.

Noem said during a Sunday appearance on Fox News that anyone engaging in “violent activity against law enforcement” would face prosecution.

“If they engage in violent activity against law enforcement, if they impede our operations, that is a crime, and we will hold them accountable for those consequences,” Noem said on “Sunday Morning Futures.”

After Good’s death, Minneapolis Democratic Mayor Jacob Frey called on ICE to “fuck the city.” He argued Wednesday on “Fox & Friends” that the biggest immigration enforcement operations should not take place in Minneapolis, but rather in a place where there are more illegal immigrants.
