Church Ambushes Are ‘Just Something You’ve Gotta Live With’ – RedState

Somewhere in the greater cosmos, Saul Alinsky is gloating about how Democrats are providing cover for communist radicals flouting the rule of law in Minnesota.
The latest elected official to gain Alinsky’s endorsement, while mocking law and order, is Minnesota’s attorney general himself, Democrat Keith Ellison. Ellison, who is Muslim and the state’s top law enforcement official, appeared on Don Lemon’s livestream Monday to discuss the Sunday ambush of services at Cities Church in St. Paul by a horde of anti-ICE agitators.
Lemon, it should be noted, could himself be in big legal trouble over this shameful incident, having perhaps colluded in advance with the agitators who stormed the church. As Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon revealed Monday, Lemon could face federal charges, saying, “He entered the facility and then he started ‘doing journalism.’ As if it’s a protection against being part of a criminal conspiracy. That’s not the case.”
During his conversation with Lemon about Sunday’s ambush, Ellison noted, “None of us are safe from the public voice.” »

Here’s exactly what Ellison told Lemon:
“Protest is fundamental to American society. This country started with protest. It’s freedom of speech. People have the right to raise their voices and make their peace. And none of us are immune from the public voice. So, quite honestly, I think you have the First Amendment freedom of religion and freedom of speech – and I think that’s just something you have to live with in a society.”
Harmeet Dhillon probably sees things very differently from Ellison. Dhillon noted Monday that the FACE Act and the Ku Klux Klan Act could be used to prosecute those who “threaten”[ed]hurt or intimidate[d] people to prevent them from exercising their God-given rights. »
Keith Ellison knows very well that the attackers had no right to enter the private property of the church and prevent the faithful from practicing their worship. He’ll happily turn a blind eye, of course, as long as the Brownshirts he protects continue to create chaos. Chaos, of course, is Ellison’s justification for seizing more power.
From the aforementioned Alinsky and his Rules for Radicals:
Rule 1: Power is not only what you have, but also what the enemy thinks you have.
Rule 6: A good tactic is one that your employees appreciate.
Rule 8: Keep the pressure on. Never give up.

But here’s the problem. If these are Keith Ellison’s terms, they are acceptable. Let’s test him on his vague interpretation of the law by organizing a group of Christians to storm the Ellison mosque. It’s “just something to live with”, apparently.
To leave things on a lighter note after a day of Minnesota-induced angst, here’s one of the funniest Don Lemon offers:
Hello friends, this is my uncle Don. He is unemployed but spends most of his time talking on his computer, where, he says, people pay him to comment on the news. Hello friends, this is my uncle Don. He is unemployed but spends most of his time talking on his computer, where, he says, people pay him to comment on the news. We think he fancies himself some sort of TV presenter. A few days ago, he left his home in New York and then appeared on social media from Minnesota. If you see him please let me know, the family is concerned for his safety. It’s his only jacket.
As always, friends: Carthago delenda est.
