Minnesota asks judge to order ICE out of the state

Minnesota asked a federal judge Monday to issue an immediate order ending President Trump’s immigration surge and expelling thousands of federal agents from the state, saying the latest shooting death of a U.S. citizen demands the courts rein in the White House.
