12 productivity tools for a successful 2026: I saved 5+ hours a week

Between a full-time joba busy side hustle and a growing family, free time is not a luxury, it’s a myth.
Since January 1st, I have spent hours researching and testing the best ways to increase the efficiency of my daily tasks. From locking my phone in a box to trying the Pomodoro Method, I’ve tried it all.
Here’s what actually worked.
Planning: I started with a notepad and pen, which helped, but switching to a tablet made things much more manageable.
To focus: Noise-canceling headphones, earplugs and timers played an important role here. Additionally, using Alexa to set reminders and answer questions kept me from reaching for my phone every 5 minutes.
Managing fatigue: Products like a standing desk help me maintain comfort while concentrating for long periods of time.
To save you a month of research, I’ve put together a list of the 12 best productivity tools on the market.
I’ve tested many of them over the past month, others have been thoroughly researched and are on my “productivity wish list.”
So what are you going to do with all this free time?
