Andrew invited Epstein to Buckingham Palace, records show

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor invited Epstein to visit him at Buckingham Palace shortly after the convicted sex offender was released from house arrest.Files released by the U.S. Department of Justice appear to suggest.

A document dated September 27, 2010 suggests that Epstein contacted Mountbatten-Windsor during a stay in London. He apparently wrote: “What time would you like me to…we will also need(to)…have some private time.” »

Mountbatten-Windsor responded by saying he was about to leave Scotland and apparently suggested they “could dine at Buckingham Palace and lots of privacy.”

Two days later, according to the document, Mountbatten-Windsor emailed again, writing: “Glad you’re coming here to BP. Come with whoever you want and I’ll be here free from 4 p.m. to 2000.”

“BP” is believed to refer to Buckingham Palace.

It is unclear whether the meeting at Buckingham Palace took place. The former prince lost his royal titles last year after growing controversy over his links to Epstein.

Mountbatten-Windsor has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.
