IT’S SHOWTIME!
One of the biggest boxing fights of the year is set to go down later TONIGHT (Sat., Jan. 31. 2026) as Teofimo Lopez will defend his WBO and The Ring Light Welterweight titles against Shakur Stevenson inside Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Lopez (22-1) was last seen defeating Arnold Barboza Jr. via unanimous decision in May 2025, giving him his sixth straight win since suffering the first and only loss of his professional career at the hands of George Kambosos Jr. back in 2021. As for Stevenson, he is considered one of the best in the business and is undefeated (24-0) with 11 knockouts. He currently holds WBC’s Lightweight title and is out to become a four-division champion.
