27 Best Costco Appetizers For Super Bowl Parties

Game day at my house is both chaotic and cozy: kids scrambling between legs, someone yelling about squares, and a stampede every time a hot platter arrives on the table. I love cooking, but the Super Bowl is the one holiday where I really want to sit on the couch and watch commercials like everyone else. So I shop smart and let Costco do the heavy lifting.
This list is my stress-free playbook. Think hot case heroes you simply plate, deli sandwiches you cut into shareable bites, and freezer MVPs that turn golden brown in the air fryer while you make dips. Everything is supposed to be easy, easy to snack on, and crowd-pleasing. If you want a quarter-by-quarter oven and air fryer game plan, I have some thoughts on that too – see the end of this post!
For now, here are the takeaway winners that make hosting fun again.

The Perfect Game Day Food Sequence
Here is the culinary spread that I am offering this year:
1. Start with cold dips and snacks: salsa, queso, Dot’s, Bhuja, etc.
2. Spread a warm tray of something at the start of each wedge: mozzarella sticks, pretzel bites, mini tacos/flautas, bangers.
3. Put down the meat dishes right before halftime – drums, ribs, sliders, chicken sandwiches
4. Finally, sweet things in the fourth trimester: donuts, cupcakes and cookie bars
5. Remember to line each baking sheet with parchment paper, keep a slow cooker on “hot” for queso or Buffalo dip, and stagger the timers so you don’t make a Tetris board.
I’d love to know your Costco MVPs for game day. Drop your must-have items, regional finds or clever serving tips in the comments!
