What is this Help about?

Help aims to put a spin on spy thrillers. Reynolds plays Lt. Troy “Assassin” Kelly, a US Navy pilot who goes behind Soviet lines at the height of the Cold War. When his mission implodes, he finds himself trapped in enemy territory. It’s there that he meets Nikolai Ustinov (Branagh), a former KGB agent with a love of American culture. Together, these two unlikely friends develop a bond deeper than they ever thought possible.

Who’s inside Help?

Besides Reynolds and Branagh, Help stars Marcin Dorocinski, Maria Bakalova and David Morse.

The film was written, directed and produced by John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, who brought us the 2023 film. Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. Given that this duo introduced us to Jarnathan, I think we’re in good hands.
