Cameron Brink reveals her fiancé introduced himself via email

In this game, shooters shoot – and we’re not talking about basketball.
One would imagine that it would be difficult to reach Cameron Brink via DM on social media given the number of his followers. Her now fiancé, Ben Felton, therefore had another way to attract the attention of the striker, who currently plays for the Los Angeles Sparks.
While they were still classmates at Stanford, where Brink was the star who helped the Cardinal win two national title games in four seasons and where Felton was on the rowing team, he did not take the direct message approach to pursuing Brink. Instead, he sent her an email.
“Hey Cameron, I wanted to chat with you but I think text messages are a little creepy. Not that an email is much better, so here’s my number,” Felton wrote in the email, including his digits at the end.
It’s safe to say that Felton made his shot.
The couple have been dating since March 2021 and got engaged in September 2024, when Felton proposed to Brink at the Shangri-La Paris hotel in France. He surprised her with the engagement after Brink walked in a Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week, according to Yahoo.
Brink says she hopes the two can say “yes” to each other at Memorial Church on Stanford’s campus, according to People.
