Israel says new strikes hit security facilities in central Tehran

Israeli warplanes launched new strikes on targets in Iran around noon Monday, the military said.
The latest wave of attacks targeted security installations “in the heart of Tehran”, the statement added.
Earlier, a military spokesman said two Iranian intelligence ministry employees were killed, including an Israeli official.
Witnesses in Tehran reported intense shelling in the city center, particularly near the Parliament building.
Missile strikes were also observed in the north of the metropolis, which has around 15 million inhabitants.
