While the hotly contested Senate race in Texas is receiving a lot of attention, there is also a lot of interest in the race for Department of Agriculture commissioner. Republican candidate Nate Sheets is challenging three-term incumbent Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller in a primary race. Miller joins CBS News to discuss it.
