Meanwhile, in December 2025, the Office of Personnel Management launched Tech Force, a program aimed at attracting top data engineers, programmers, and AI specialists to government to modernize government operations.
They want to recruit young tech geniuses who want to serve their country and improve their career prospects along the way:

They announced the program with a statement on the NASA website:
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and NASA on Wednesday announced NASA Force, a dedicated talent pipeline within the U.S. Tech Force initiative designed to recruit and deploy the nation’s best engineers and technologists to support the U.S. space program.
The NASA Force will identify and place high-impact technical talent in critical roles to support NASA’s exploration, research and advanced technology priorities, ensuring the agency has the cutting-edge expertise needed to maintain U.S. leadership in space.
