I don’t know about you guys, but the arrival of a new month has me excited, especially because of all the new content being released on my favorite streaming platforms. March is shaping up to be quite an enlightening month on Paramount+, with the premieres of two new series from Taylor Sheridan, the streaming debut of a breathtaking survival thriller based on a true story, a fierce new cooking competition, and a documentary film that’s sure to tantalize your senses.

Don’t overlook these five new shows and movies streaming on Paramount+ in March 2026, in order of release date.

Marshals

Kayce Dutton leaves Yellowstone ranch behind

Taylor Sheridan’s first new show of 2026, Marshals, is one of the highly anticipated new Yellowstone spin-offs. Unlike its predecessors, however, the CBS original series is contemporary, non-generational in nature, and also serves as a sequel. Moreover, we step outside the traditional neo-Western and enter directly into a violent and action-packed procedural.

What you need to know about Marshals is that it focuses on and follows Dutton’s youngest brother, Kayce (Luke Grimes), as, in his grief, he separates from his family inheritance – the Yellowstone Ranch – and joins an elite tactical force of the US Marshals. It’s where he will combine his pragmatic cowboy instincts with his Navy SEAL training and bring a whole new type of justice across the Montana border.

Joining Grimes are comrades Yellow stone actors Brecken Merrill, who plays Kayce’s son Tate, as well as Gil Birmingham and Mo Brings Plenty, better known as Thomas Rainwater, president of Broken Rock, and his right-hand man Mo, respectively. New cast members include Logan Marshall-Green (Upgrade), Arielle Kebbel (The Vampire Diaries), Ash Santos (Pulse), and Tatanka means (Flower Moon Killers).

Marshals premiered March 1, 2026. The next 12 episodes will air weekly on Sundays.

In addition, candidates will be questioned on their knowledge and correct use of the 10 “culinary commandments”.

The pink pill: sex, drugs and who is in control

An illuminating look at female desire and sexual dysfunction

In my world, rock and roll is in control, but that’s not where we are, so I digress. Paramount+’s award-winning new original documentary makes its North American premiere. The pink pill: sex, drugs and who is in controlcritically praised as witty, urgent, educational and enlightening.

Premiering just in time for International Women’s Day on March 8, the documentary film follows pioneering doctors, lawyers, scientists, influencers and a pharmaceutical entrepreneur as they fight to change the system and bring a so-called “female Viagra” to market. The film highlights medical sexism – drugs for male sexual dysfunction were approved within months, while it took more than a decade for a drug to be approved for women – and shines a light on desire, pleasure recovery and bodily autonomy.

The pink pill: sex, drugs and who is in control premieres Friday March 6, 2026.

Not without hope

A breathtaking story based on true events

Paramount+ Exclusive Not without hope is a breathtaking survival thriller based on the events of Nick Schuyler and Jeré Longman’s 2010 non-fiction book of the same name.

The film tells the story of best friends Nick Schuyler (Zachary Levi from Shazam!) and Will Bleakley (Marshall Cook from Shadow Force) as they leave Clearwater, Florida for a fishing trip with National Football League (NFL) players Marquis Cooper (Quentin Plair of Little beautiful things) and Corey Smith (Terrence Terrell from Giants). While anchored 70 miles in the Gulf of Mexico, the group attempts to free their stuck anchor as a severe storm approaches. When their boat capsizes, the four men are violently thrown into the icy water to survive.

If you weren’t aware of this news, I won’t spoil what happens, but trust me, you don’t want to miss seeing this movie.

Not without hope begins on Friday March 13, 2026.

The Madison

It’s time for the Clyburn family saga

The second all-new series from Taylor Sheridan to premiere this year, The Madison is probably the closest thing to a Yellowstone replacement series. If I wonder if The Madison is a spin-off of Sheridan’s flagship show, that answer is a resounding no. Instead, The Madison is a new and original drama.

Although set in the Madison River Valley of central Montana, the series focuses on the Clyburns and not the Duttons. Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell star in this story about a grieving New York family who move to Montana in hopes of finding meaning in their lives. Introducing a whole new type of storytelling from Sheridan, the six-episode series is a heartfelt study of grief and human connection.

The Madison premieres on Saturday, March 14, 2026, with the first three episodes. The remaining episodes will air on March 21.
